- Possession of valid ID cards.
- Absence of ownership of agricultural land.
- PMT score of 32 or lower.
- Monthly income less than Rs 30,000.
- Widows.

BISP New Registration Procedure:

- Visit the nearest Benazir Income Support Program office with your ID card and child’s birth form.
- Complete your NSER survey at the office.
- The BISP office staff will review the documents collected during the survey.
- If you meet the eligibility criteria, you’ll receive an SMS confirming your eligibility from BISP.
- If you don’t receive an SMS after a week, you can check your eligibility online through the provided portal.
