Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif announced to giving 50 thousand solar systems across Punjab to get rid of electricity bills under Chief Minister Roshan Gharana’s program.
According to the details, “In the first phase, 50,000 protected consumers with 100 units will be given solar systems by lottery under the Chief Minister Roshan Gharana program. An order has been issued to start immediate steps for the installation of a one-kilowatt solar system. The system will include an advanced solar plate, inverter, battery, and other systems.
What is Roshan Gharana Program
Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif directed to bring the latest technology solar system. A solar home solution review meeting was held under the chairmanship of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, Secretary Energy briefed that in the first phase, solar systems will be provided to 50,000 protected consumers using up to 100 units, the scope of solar systems for domestic consumers.
The car will be gradually expanded, and home-based solar systems will be provided to other consumers of Punjab gradually. 12.6 billion rupees will be allocated for the program in the first phase.
